对栽培大豆12个品种的叶片解剖观察表明,大豆叶片栅栏细胞一般为2层,多数新品种,尤其高产品种植株主茎第4—5节和第13—14节位叶片栅栏细胞为3层,因此这些品种相应节位叶片的栅栏细胞数目较多,叶片较厚。
Leaf anatomy of 12 cultivated soybean cultivars showed that the number of palisade cells in soybean leaves was generally 2-layer. Most new varieties, especially the high-yielding cultivars, had 3 layers of palisade cells in the 4-5th and 13-14th leaves, Therefore, these varieties corresponding to the node leaves more palisade cells, thick leaves.
