碾压混凝土夏季高温施工是碾压混凝土施工的一大难题 ,为此 ,国内外科技人员开展了大量的试验研究工作 .通过反复试验研究证明 :采用低脆性及低水化热水泥 ,高掺粉煤灰 ,掺用高温型多功能缓凝高效减水剂 ,优化混凝土施工配合比 ,对仓面进行喷雾降温保湿 ,降低原材料储存温度 ,适当控制施工仓面 ,尽量缩短混凝土层间间隔时间 ,加强质量控制等一系列措施是实现夏季高温施工的必要技术措施 .这些措施已在大广坝、石板水、山口等电站的碾压混凝土高温施工实践中证明是可行的 ,值得推广应用
