目的了解2015年北京市昌平区沙门菌耐药状况及分子特征。方法药敏实验按照美国临床实验室标准化协会推荐的K-B纸片法对14种抗生素进行敏感性分析;脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)实验参照Pulse Net推荐的PFGE实验方法。结果药敏结果显示,大部分沙门菌对萘啶酸耐药,对四环素类抗生素耐药或处于耐药和敏感之间。耐药谱分析显示,大部分沙门菌同时对2、3种抗生素类药物耐受。PFGE分析发现,25株沙门菌具有18种PFGE带型,菌株之间的相似系数为54%~100%。结论昌平区引起腹泻的沙门菌耐受抗生素的种类多且PFGE带型呈多态性。
Objective To understand the drug resistance status and molecular characteristics of Salmonella in Changping District of Beijing in 2015. Methods Susceptibility testing Susceptibility analysis of 14 antibiotics was performed according to the K-B discography recommended by the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Standards. Pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) experiments were performed according to the Pulse Net PFGE assay. Results The results of drug susceptibility test showed that most of the Salmonella strains were resistant to nalidixic acid, resistant to tetracycline antibiotics or resistant and sensitive. Resistant spectrum analysis showed that most of the Salmonella 2,3 kinds of antibiotics simultaneously resistant. PFGE analysis showed that there were 18 PFGE bands in 25 Salmonella strains, with similar coefficients of 54% -100%. Conclusions There are many kinds of antibiotic resistance of Salmonella causing diarrhea in Changping District and PFGE band polymorphism.
