每到年底,都有机构评选年度汉字。比如:2013年,北京语言大学等评选的年度字和年度词就分别是“房”和“正能量”。体现着当前中国人心中最普遍的渴望或痛点。而在《中外管理》进行“70位管理者前瞻2014”特刊的采写过程中,却可以发现:虽然刚到年初,但在擅于前瞻思考的中国各行各业管理者心目中,2014年“年度管理汉字”其实已经成型了。这个字就是“开”。它反映的并不是最普遍的渴望或痛点,而是最切实际的前瞻和布局。
