In view of the national conditions in our country and the trend of population aging, the State has launched a strategy on developing urban community health services. How to do a good job in community health service is an arduous task before us. In recent ten years, I have been engaged in community health service for nearly 10 years. During these 10 years, the state’s initiatives on the health system have undergone tremendous changes. They have evolved from simple treatment and rescue to today’s population health center and family as a unit, Community-oriented and demand-oriented, focusing on women, children, the elderly, chronic patients and the handicapped, community-based prevention, medical care, health care and health care are provided to address the major health problems of the community and to meet the needs of community health services.
