一、前言近几年来许多研究工作已表明中包采用隔墙是改善连铸坯质量的有效措施之一。合适的隔墙能改善中包内钢水流股形状、延长钢水在中包内停留时间,从而减少中包渣的卷入,促进中包钢水中夹杂物的上浮。武钢连铸坯中大型夹杂量较高,中包容量又较小,因此有必要选择较好的隔墙结构来更好发挥中包纯净钢液的作用。
I. Preface In recent years, many research work has shown that the use of partition wall is one of the effective measures to improve the quality of continuous casting billet. The appropriate partition wall can improve the flow shape of the molten steel in the bag and prolong the stay time of the molten steel in the bag so as to reduce the entrainment of the bag dregs and promote the floating of inclusions in the molten steel in the baguette. WISCO has a large inclusion of large inclusions in the slab and a small package capacity, so it is necessary to choose a better partition wall structure to better play the role of the molten steel in the package.
