报告我院用动脉法DSA对34例患者进行选择性冠脉造影的研究结果,检出23例有明显冠脉狭窄,其中3例进行了冠咏内溶栓,冠脉可显示到Ⅳ～Ⅴ级。表明:DSA对冠心病的诊断与介入性治疗具有肯定的价值,且有造影剂用量少,放射剂量低,有利于介入性治疗、诊断速度快等优点。
Report of our hospital with arterial DSA 34 patients undergoing selective coronary angiography findings, detected in 23 cases were obvious coronary stenosis, of which 3 cases of coronary heart thrombolysis, coronary artery can be displayed to Ⅳ ~ Ⅴ level. The results show that DSA has certain value in the diagnosis and interventional treatment of coronary heart disease, and has the advantages of less dosage of contrast agent, low radiation dose, favorable interventional therapy and quick diagnosis.
