作为工业设计专业的一门必修课程,产品设计制图主要用于表达产品的外观、样式、规格、装配、安装、检修等信息,规范的设计制图可以用于工业生产,其内容广泛,标准齐全,涉及的学科丰富,表达的信息全面,可以说设计制图是一门全球通用的设计语言。产品设计制图课程作为教学内容具有独特的意义,本文从艺术院校产品设计制图教学的背景、设计制图课程的调研与比较分析和以工业美学为核心的设计制图教学创新实践三个部分进行阐述。
