研究了单一陶瓷纤维、单一尼龙纤维及陶瓷尼龙混杂纤维水泥基复合材料的力学性能.结果表明:单一陶瓷纤维在3%体积掺量时,28d抗压强度可提高44%左右,抗折强度可提高7%~8%,抗冲强度可提高约16%;0.05%体积掺量的尼龙纤维使砂浆干缩开裂减小30%~40%;0.5%~2%体积掺量的尼龙纤维使砂浆抗冲强度提高到2~3倍.陶纤和尼纤体积掺量分别为2%~3%和0.25%~1%的混杂纤维水泥基复合材料在拌和物流动性可取的情况下抗压、抗折、抗冲综合性能较好.
The mechanical properties of single ceramic fiber, single nylon fiber and ceramic-nylon hybrid fiber cement-based composites were studied. The results show that the compressive strength of a single ceramic fiber can be increased by 44% at 28 days, the flexural strength can be increased by 7% to 8%, the impact strength can be increased by about 16%, and 0.05% by volume. The amount of nylon fiber reduces the dry shrinkage and cracking of the mortar by 30% to 40%; 0.5% to 2% by volume of the nylon fiber increases the impact strength of the mortar to 2 to 3 times. The fiber-reinforced hybrid fiber-masonry composites containing 2% to 3% and 0.25% to 1% by volume of ceramic fiber and nylon fiber have better compressive, flexural and impact-resistance properties when the fluidity of the mixture is desirable. it is good.
