介绍一种结构更轻巧、适应狭小空间作业的新型快架式塔机。运用ANSYS软件建立快架塔起重臂的有限元模型,分析了两种典型工况下快架塔起重臂的主要受力杆件的应力应变,对快架塔起重臂的结构优化和安全工作提供了理论指导。
This paper introduces a new type of fast tower crane with more compact structure and small space. The finite element model of the boom of the crane is established by ANSYS software. The stress and strain of the main force members of the crane are analyzed under two typical operating conditions. The structural optimization of the boom of the crane is analyzed. Security work provides theoretical guidance.
