作者报告了145例顽固性恶性室性心律失常患者用胺碘酮治疗的情况。 145例患者中,持续性室速97例、猝死幸存者48例;全部病例的46%曾有过猝死或昏厥史。31%病例心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级;全组左室射血分数平均34±11%。曾用过3.7±1.4种抗心律失常药无效。胺碘酮起始量(初2周)为每日200～1800mg(平均825±385
The authors report the use of amiodarone in 145 patients with refractory malignant ventricular arrhythmias. Of the 145 patients, 97 had sustained VTs and 48 survived sudden deaths; 46% of all patients had a history of sudden death or syncope. 31% of patients with cardiac function Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ grade; whole group left ventricular ejection fraction average 34 ± 11%. Have used 3.7 ± 1.4 kinds of antiarrhythmic drugs invalid. Amiodarone initial dose (first 2 weeks) is 200 ~ 1800mg daily (average 825 ± 385
