介绍了微电脑汽雾育苗技术、汽雾苗床的建造以及汽雾育苗技术的调控管理,并对微电脑汽雾育苗技术和大田遮阴法育苗技术在三华李等育苗上进行比较试验,结果表明,微电脑汽雾育苗的生根率比大田遮阴育苗提高31个百分点,成活率也有较大提高。不同激素浓度和处理时间对微电脑汽雾法繁育油茶苗的生根率的影响试验结果表明,以生根粉粘伤口的效果最好,其次是用吲哚丁酸500 mg/L处理2 h,其生根率分别比清水对照提高22、21个百分点。
