浇筑整体钢筋混凝土壳体屋盖是昂贵的,近年一直在探索用预制结构来替代它。预制构件生产方法的进步以及高强混凝土的应用,可使壳面厚度作到40~50mm。试验表明,只要能保证细石混凝土的性能适当和细钢丝分布合理,钢丝网水泥结构即可满足这种要求。薄壁预制钢丝网水泥构件技术的应用,使大跨度建筑结构和大规格预制构件的制作成为可能。这将减少安装作业量,更好地利用安装设备,大幅度减少静荷载和材料用量。
Pouring the entire reinforced concrete shell roof is expensive and in recent years has been exploring the replacement of it with a prefabricated structure. The progress of production methods for prefabricated parts and the application of high-strength concrete can make the thickness of the shell surface 40 to 50 mm. Tests have shown that as long as the performance of fine stone concrete can be ensured and the distribution of fine steel wire is reasonable, the steel wire mesh cement structure can meet this requirement. The application of the thin-walled prefabricated steel wire mesh cement component technology makes it possible to manufacture large-span architectural structures and large-scale prefabricated components. This will reduce the amount of installation work, make better use of the installed equipment, and significantly reduce static loads and material usage.
