课堂教学是由一定数量、年龄、学习水平不同的学生组成的,是中国近阶段教育的主要形式之一。虽然很有利,但是也有其局限性,不利于因材施教。这就要求教师在教学的过程中,正确地对待每一位学生,使他们感到教师的公平、公正,从而使他们奋发向上,对生活充满兴致,对未来充满希望。因此,如何使教学班中的优等生、中等生、学困生和谐整合,共同获得自己所需的知识已成为广大教师的新课题。
