桃果汁多味美,营养丰富,很受消费者欢迎。近年来,我省桃树种植面积已达50万亩,总产约15万吨。但由于品种结构不合理,致使桃果在销售市场出现了“早晚淡,中间烂”的局面。由于桃的品种结构一时难以改变,一些果农试图通过冷藏来调节桃果上市期。目前对桃果的冷藏还没有一套成熟的技术,有的肓目冷藏反而造成了更大的损失。现就国内外有关桃果冷藏的一些资料和冷藏方法谈一下冷藏问题,供参考。一、贮藏技术 (一)采收和人库的条件 1、品种和成熟度:一般中晚熟品种较适于冷藏,如大久保、冈山白、深洲蜜桃等。用于冷藏的桃果采收不宜过早或过迟,一般八成熟为宜,即桃果已充分长大,基本能呈现出本品种色泽,但不软化。
