患者女性,18岁,1991年先后于生气后出现4次情感失禁,不自主的哭泣和发笑,伴兴奋不安,言语增多,胸部闷憋,颜面苍白和意识障碍。发作无规律性,不论白天和晚间都可发作,发作时持续时间少则半小时,多则长达2小时左右,突然发作,自行缓解后疲倦,嗜睡。一年来一直按“癔病”治疗无效。于1992年6月以“癔病”收住院,治疗一周后上述症状元明显好转,又再次发作,经过脑电图检查背景波以10至11Hz短程α节律为主,可见少量高波幅150μV5至7Hz的尖样θ波阵发,
Patient Female, 18 years old, appeared emotional 4 times in 1991 after being angry, involuntarily crying and laughing, accompanied by agitation, words increased, chest stuffy, pale and unconsciousness. Seizures without regularity, both day and night can attack, seizure duration of at least half an hour, as many as up to 2 hours or so, a sudden onset, relieve fatigue, lethargy.
