电液振动台是航空工业科研生产中所急需的振动试验设备之一。由于它具有能直接承受较大的负载、台面上没有漏磁、推力大、频率较高、坚固耐用、操作方便等优点,最适合用于飞机等结构件的振动和疲劳试验。我们所研制的DYZT-10A型电液振动台经鉴定认为在技术上有所创新,达到国外同类产品的技术水平,在国内处于领先地位,并获得航空工业部一九八一年度科技成果二等奖。本文较全面地介绍了该研制产品的结构、原理及主要技术问题,对于电液振动台的设计、研制及使用者,均可借鉴。
Electro-hydraulic shaker is one of the most needed vibration test equipment in the aviation industry. It is most suitable for the vibration and fatigue test of structural parts such as aircraft due to its advantages of being able to withstand large loads directly, without magnetic flux leakage, large thrust force, high frequency, robustness and easy operation. We have developed DYZT-10A-type electro-hydraulic vibrating table identified as technically innovative, to reach the technical level of similar foreign products in the country in a leading position, and the aviation industry in 1981 scientific and technological achievements second prize. This paper introduces the structure, principle and main technical problems of the developed products more comprehensively, which can be used for the design, development and users of the electro-hydraulic shaking table.
