在高校图书馆数字化建设的基础上探讨了高校图书馆在社会环境中的位置,对高校图书馆在数字建设中可能出现的版权侵犯与操作作出了相关探讨,其中主要是文献的下载、上传、传递、超级链接等行为。最后,从我国目前的文化保护法律基础出发,将公有作品与受著作权法保护作品分成两个讨论点,提出了高校图书馆数字化建设的相应措施。
On the basis of the digital construction of university libraries, this paper discusses the position of university libraries in the social environment, and discusses the possible copyright infringement and operation in the digital construction of university libraries, mainly including the downloading, uploading, Pass, hyperlink and other activities. Finally, starting from the current legal basis of cultural protection in our country, we divide the public works and the works protected by the copyright law into two discussion points and put forward the corresponding measures for the digital construction of the university library.
