当前,我国法律体系中缺乏性骚扰立法,致使无法界定性骚扰违法行为。本文从我国的相关法律规定入手,找出性骚扰立法的不足之处,进而对性骚扰立法的完善提供建议。
At present, the lack of sexual harassment legislation in our legal system has made it impossible to define sexual harassment violations. This article starts with the relevant laws and regulations of our country and finds out the shortcomings of the legislation on sexual harassment, and then gives advice on the improvement of legislation on sexual harassment.
