In order to improve the quality of enterprises, companies in many countries will propose various conditions and different requirements for their work when selecting and hiring staff. In addition to the strict management system and the rules and regulations that employees are required to comply with, the companies in Japan are even more prominent in the training they perform for new employees. Japanese university graduates, even those who graduated from the brand-name Tokyo University, must accept some seemingly eccentric training at the beginning of their work, such as cleaning the toilets, shining shoes for the bosses, and running marathons. The company also took some less strenuous activities for new employees - meditating in the temple, all of which were training for future office work. Some of the company’s personnel departments recruit men’s graduates. What’s needed is
