以8个小麦品种(系)为试材,研究了源库比改变对氮磷吸收积累量及利用效率的影响。试验结果表明,去除部分小穗(源库比增加),使某些小麦品种的氮磷吸收积累量增加。另一些品种则降低或基本不受影响。但各品种的籽粒含氮量均因部分去穗而增加。另一方面,部分去叶(源库比降低)使各品种的氮磷吸收积累量及籽粒含氮量降低。试验结果还表明,不同小麦品种间存在着氮磷利用效率的差异。同一品种氮磷利用效率的变化与吸收积累量成负相关。
Eight wheat cultivars (lines) were used as materials to study the effects of source-sink ratio changes on nitrogen and phosphorus uptake and utilization efficiency. The results showed that the removal of some spikelets (source-sink ratio increased) increased the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in some wheat cultivars. Others are reduced or essentially unaffected. However, the grain nitrogen content of all cultivars increased partly due to spike. On the other hand, partial decoloration (reduction of source and sink ratio) reduced the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus and the nitrogen content of grains in all varieties. The test results also show that there is a difference in nitrogen and phosphorus utilization efficiency among different wheat varieties. The change of nitrogen and phosphorus use efficiency of the same variety is negatively correlated with the accumulation of absorption.
