农机监理工作是负责农机安全生产监督管理的执法工作,而农机监理业务档案管理是农机监理工作的重要组成部分,是一项基础性管理工作,也是国家档案事业的组成部分。笔者从事档案管理工作多年.下面就当涂县农机监理业务档案管理现状、存在问题作一些探讨。一、现状当涂县农机监理业务档案管理是随着农机监理机构的建立而开始的,其发展从简单到不断规范、完善,大致经历了两个阶段;七十年代起至1992年,由于农业机械是由较低水平逐渐发展的,同时农机安全生产方面的法规、制度不完善,此阶段业务档案管理具有随意性、盲目性,对于业务资料的整理、保管是零散和混乱的,往往是分人分片管理,处于一种零散管理的形式。
