问1月13日,中国国家主席习近平与来访的保加利亚总统普列夫内利耶夫在会晤后共同发表了《中华人民共和国和保加利亚共和国建立全面友好合作伙伴关系的联合公报》。随后,两国元首又共同见证了两国政府海运协定、互设文化中心备忘录等合作文件的签署。这一系列文件的签署标志着中保关系达到了一个新的高度。
On January 13, Chinese President Xi Jinping and his visiting Bulgarian counterpart Plenneyev co-published a joint communique on establishing an all-round friendly cooperative partnership between the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Bulgaria. Subsequently, the heads of state of the two countries jointly witnessed the signing of the cooperation documents signed between the two governments in the maritime transport agreement and the memorandum of mutual cultural center. The signing of this series of documents marks a new height in China-Bulgaria relations.
