中共中央于2006年年初颁布的《干部教育培训工作条例(试行)》,是我们党干部教育培训史上第一个法规性文件,也是我们党若干年干部教育培训实践的重大制度化成果,标志着党的干部教育培训事业进入了一个新的发展阶段。
