基于现代远程教育环境下的应用型人才培养模式的构建,是“中央广播电视大学人才培 养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目最核心的目标。在六年的探索与实践中,北京电大遵循现代远程 教育的特点和规律,结合首都的特殊环境和人才培养需求,从八个方面构建了这一模式的实践模 型。该模式的构建将对北京广播电视大学进一步强化远程开放教育的特色,拓展办学功能,提升教 育的服务能力,起到重要作用。
Based on the construction of applied talents training mode under the modern distance education environment, it is the core goal of the project of “pilot reform of talent cultivation mode and pilot open education” of CCTV. During the six years of exploration and practice, Beijing Radio & TV University has followed the characteristics and laws of modern distance education, combined with the special environment of the capital and the demand for personnel training, and constructed a practical model of this model from eight aspects. The construction of this model will play an important role in further strengthening the characteristics of distance and open education of Beijing Radio and Television University, expanding the educational functions and enhancing the service ability of education.
