采用纯镁球化处理,并在处理后捕加铁水,是提高球墨铸铁的浇铸温度和改善机械性能的一种方法。我厂球墨铸铁铸件,大多数要求延伸率较高。以前利用铜镁合金处理,在机械性能方面不能满足要求;用纯镁处理,又嫌温度降低过多,对薄小铸件浇铸困难。利用钝镁处理後捕加铁水的方法,不但改善了铸件的机械性能,而且也解决了铁水温度降低过多的缺点。
The use of pure magnesium spheroidization treatment, and catch molten iron after treatment, is to improve the casting temperature of ductile iron and improve the mechanical properties of a method. Our ductile iron castings, most require higher elongation. Previous use of copper and magnesium alloy processing, mechanical properties can not meet the requirements; treated with pure magnesium, but also too much temperature reduction, the casting of thin and small castings difficult. The use of blunt magnesium after catching the hot metal method, not only to improve the mechanical properties of castings, but also to solve the shortcomings of excessive reduction in hot metal temperature.
