在马钢公司调查中,我们有个最深的感受,就是马钢有一支坚强的工人阶级队伍,他们不仅为国家的经济发展作出了重大的贡献,而且对社会的稳定起了积极作用。拥有10万名职工的马钢公司,在马鞍山这座中等城市里,地位相当突出。当去年春夏之交北京发生的动乱和暴乱的影响波及到这个城市后,马钢公司一直保持了思想稳定、队伍稳定、生产稳定的形势,工人们听党的话,维护大局,遵守纪律,基本上没有人上街参加游行、声援,没有停工停产,更没有发生打、砸、抢行为,绝大多数职工严守岗位,坚持生产,出勤率始终保持在96％,年终完成工
