对上海市宝山区细菌性痢疾（菌痢）监测点吴淞中心医院肠道门诊８年间志贺氏菌群、型分布及耐药情况进行分析。监测点１９９０～１９９７年腹泻病例初诊数４８８８７例，菌培养４１６９例，阳性率１７．８５％，阳性菌株占腹泻病例数的１．５２％，与上海市１９９１～１９９３ The Shigella flora, type distribution and drug resistance in the intestinal clinic of Wusong Central Hospital in Baoshan District, Shanghai during the past 8 years were analyzed.
