State Council SASAC Deputy Secretary-General Peng Huagang December 11 State Department policy briefing briefing revealed that the reform of state-owned enterprises will carry out 10 kinds of reform pilot projects such as mixed ownership and market-based selection and appointment of managers, the pilot work will be launched in full scale next year.
