本文根据重型可转位刀具切削的特点,探讨了断屑的一机理;建立了断屑的数学模型,得出切屑的折断条件,并论证我们所推荐槽型的合理性和应用广泛性。
Based on the characteristics of heavy indexable cutting tools, a mechanism of chip breaking was discussed. The mathematical model of chip breaking was established, the breaking conditions of the chips were obtained, and the rationality and application of the recommended groove types were demonstrated.
