在当今全球金融危机下,“经济再平衡”预示了我们必须适时改变传统的经济发展方式,即促使实体经济实现从“高碳”向符合气候改善要求的“低碳”转型,这为低碳经济提供了巨大的发展机会。但现在的问题是如何才能在这场全球性低碳经济的革命中掌握制高点呢?
Under the current global financial crisis, “economic rebalancing” indicates that we must change the traditional mode of economic development in a timely manner, that is, promote the real economy to move from “high carbon” to “low carbon” that meets climate improvement requirements.
