市场经济迅猛发展,社会不断进步,城镇建设持续发展,带动建筑行业加速发展,而建筑行业属于高投资高风险的企业,且现阶段建筑市场竞争日趋激烈,企业必须提升自身竞争实力,取得市场竞争优势,因此在建筑建设过程中,必须重视控制工程造价,加强工程造价管理,严格控制工程成本,减少建筑施工企业成本压力。本文简单阐述了施工企业工程造价管理现状,然后简单介绍了国家宏观调控监管施工企业承包价格的情况,最后结合工程施工的各个环节施工情况详细分析了加强工程造价管理的积极措施。
