树立和落实科学发展观是我们党对社会主义现代化建设规律认识的进一步深化,也是全面建设小康社会的根本指针。近期,省委做出的“两高举一加强”、“两抓两放”和在“五个方面做长期艰苦奋斗的思想准备”、“坚持六个坚定不移”,注意防止“三种倾向”的重要部署,是落实科学发展观的重大举措。从张掖实际出发,我们要把全市广大干部群众的思想统一到科学发展观上来,统一到省委的决策部署上来,做到“坚持三个不动摇”,全力加快张掖经济社会发展步伐。
