NM20材料用于制造高温(>400℃)、高真空(10~(-7)~10~(-9)乇)中工作的轴承保持架。材料成分为:碳<0.18%,铬>9.21%,铂-11.60%,银<4.76%,硫>7.43%,镍-余量。选用MoS_2作为润滑剂,采用粉末冶金工艺。在材料配制过程中,一部分MoS_2分解出S与材料中的Cr起反应生成高温润滑相Cr_2S_3,达到润滑的目的。材料有较高的物理机械性能,其摩擦磨损情况,随着时间的增加而变化不大。用这种材料制成的保持架装配于轴承中,经过模拟和主机试验,寿命超过300~500小时,能满足高温高真空工作条件的要求。附图6幅,表8个,参考文献10篇。
NM20 material is used to make bearing retainer working in high temperature (> 400 ℃) and high vacuum (10 ~ (-7) ~ 10 -9 Torr). Material composition: carbon <0.18%, chromium> 9.21%, platinum -11.60%, silver <4.76%, sulfur> 7.43%, nickel - balance. Use MoS_2 as a lubricant, using powder metallurgy process. In the process of material preparation, a part of MoS_2 decomposes out of S and reacts with Cr in the material to form a high-temperature lubricating phase Cr 2 S 3 to achieve the purpose of lubrication. Materials have higher physical and mechanical properties, the friction and wear, with little change in time. The cage made of this kind of material is assembled in the bearing. After simulation and mainframe test, the service life exceeds 300 ~ 500 hours, which can meet the working requirements of high temperature and high vacuum. Figure 6, Table 8, 10 references.
