分化诱导剂是指能诱导恶性肿瘤细胞发生逆转,使其向正常细胞分化的一类物质.迄今证明六亚甲基双乙酸胺(HMBA)为外源性的有效分化诱导剂,在美国已进入Ⅱ期临床阶段.但由于其毒副作用与剂量呈正相关性而导致疗效欠佳,故合成疗效强、毒副作用小的新的衍生物已成为新的研究课题.
