MicroRNA是一组生物进化过程中高度保守的非编码的小RNA,在转录后水平调节基因表达。研究显示MircoRNA在心血管系统中高度表达,在动脉粥样硬化中起重要的作用。MicroRNA126,MicroRNA221/222,Mi-croRNA92-a参与调节内皮细胞功能与血管生成,MicroRNA217促进内皮细胞的衰老,MicroRNA221/222,MicroR-NA34对内皮祖细胞有调节作用,MicroRNA145/143,MicroRNA221/222参与调节血管平滑肌细胞的表型转化,增殖和迁移。MicroRNA-125a-5p参与巨噬细胞对致动脉粥样硬化脂质的炎症应答。本文简要介绍近年有关MicroRNA与动脉粥样硬化关系研究的部分进展。
MicroRNAs are a group of small, non-coding RNAs that are highly conserved during biological evolution and regulate gene expression at post-transcriptional level. Studies have shown that MircoRNA is highly expressed in the cardiovascular system and plays an important role in atherosclerosis. MicroRNA126, MicroRNA221 / 222 and Mi-croRNA92-a are involved in the regulation of endothelial cell function and angiogenesis. MicroRNA217 promotes endothelial cell senescence. MicroRNA221 / 222 and MicroR-NA34 have regulatory effects on endothelial progenitor cells. MicroRNA145 / 143 and MicroRNA221 / Regulate the phenotypic transformation, proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells. MicroRNA-125a-5p is involved in the inflammatory response of macrophages to atherogenic lipids. This article briefly introduces some recent advances in the study of the relationship between microRNAs and atherosclerosis.
