我院近两年来,用酚妥拉明治疗产后尿潴留,取得显著疗效,现报道如下.诊断标准:产后8小时不能排尿,检查膀胱充盈者,诊断为产后尿潴留.
The past two years in our hospital, with phentolamine treatment of postpartum urinary retention, and achieved significant results are reported as follows.Diagnosis criteria: 8 hours postpartum can not urinate, check the bladder filling, diagnosis of postpartum urinary retention.
