应用型人才培养模式是为了解决从课堂到社会工作岗位需求之间最后一公里的接轨问题,在应用型人才培养模式下从声乐课堂到舞台实践的最后一公里显得格外的重要,声乐课是实践性极强的一门课程,声乐课堂是随着教师的讲授学生演唱体会的过程。但是传统的声乐课堂的碎片化教学模式,使学生很难在走出琴房后游刃有余的驾驭舞台演唱。本文就此问题简单分析,并提出相应的改革方法,从而优化独立学院声乐课堂教学,适应应用型人才培养的要求。
The application-based talent training mode is to solve the problem of the last mile between the classroom and the social work needs. This article briefly analyzes the problem and puts forward corresponding reform methods to optimize the independent college vocality classroom teaching and adapt to the requirements of applied talents training.
