杂氮硅三环是具有特殊结构和显著生物活性的有机硅化合物.在杂氮硅三环化合物中引入磺酰基,合成了8个芳基磺酰氨基丙基杂氮硅三环化合物,经IR,1HNMR,MS及元素分析确定了它们的结构,初步的生物活性测试表明:所有的目标化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌都有抑制作用,其中活性较好的为侧链胺基氢原子未被完全取代的化合物.
Heterosilane is an organosilicon compound with a special structure and remarkable biological activity. The introduction of sulfonyl groups into the tricyclo-azacyclo-tris ring compounds gave 8 arylsulfonylaminopropylsilazane tricyclic compounds. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, MS and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay test The results showed that all of the target compounds have inhibitory activity on Staphylococcus aureus, and the most active compounds are those compounds in which the hydrogen atoms of side chain amino groups are not completely substituted.
