同志们: 我们今天在这里召开“全国炼铁工作暨高炉喷煤会议”。这次会议是在全国各条战线认真学习贯彻党的十三届七中全会精神,全国各行各业广泛开展“质量、品种、效益年”活动。冶金行业贯彻冶金工作会议精神,抓紧制定“八五”规划的形势下召开的。这次会议要总结“七五”炼铁行业取得的成就;结合冶金行业“八五”规划,确定炼铁行业今后的发展方向;明确我们今后的任务;安排1991年的工作。此外,这次会议的另一个主题就是要大力推动高炉喷煤技术的发展并对有关工作进行部署。我的报告分四部分。
Comrades: We are here today to hold the “National Ironmaking and Blast Furnace Coal Injection Conference.” This conference earnestly studied and implemented the spirit of the 7th Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee in various fields throughout the country and carried out a wide range of activities of “quality, breed and benefit year” in all walks of life across the country. Metallurgical industry to implement the spirit of the work conference, pay close attention to the development of “Eighth Five-Year Plan” held under the situation. The meeting should summarize the achievements made in the “Seventh Five-Year” ironmaking industry; determine the future development direction of the ironmaking industry in light of the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” of the metallurgical industry; define our future tasks; and arrange the work in 1991. In addition, another theme of this meeting is to vigorously promote the development of blast furnace coal injection technology and the deployment of related work. My report is divided into four parts.
