本文介绍一种采用聚四氟乙烯介质基片的微带混合功率放大器。电路的主要特点是稳定性和可靠性都有显著的改善,效率也较高,且不需任何保护电路就能承受负载的开路和短路。电路包括三级射极接地的放大器,末级用国产f_T≥500MHz的10瓦晶体管,输出5~8瓦,效率≥40%,实验模型在-50~+80℃温度范围内做了加电试验。功率、频率、频谱、波形、热分布等主要指标均已测试,增益大于15dB。实验表明,这种电路适用于小型电台的输出级,也可以用作功率稍大的发射机的推动级。
This article presents a microstrip mixed power amplifier using a Teflon dielectric substrate. The main features of the circuit are significantly improved stability and reliability, high efficiency, and without any protection circuit will be able to withstand the open load and short circuit. The circuit includes three stages of grounded emitter and the final stage is made of a 10 watt transistor with a domestic f_T≥500 MHz, the output is 5 ~ 8 watts and the efficiency is greater than or equal to 40%. The experiment model is energized in the temperature range of -50 ~ + 80 ℃ . Power, frequency, spectrum, waveform, heat distribution and other major indicators have been tested, the gain is greater than 15dB. Experiments show that this circuit is suitable for the output stage of small radio stations, but also can be used as a slightly larger transmitter power stage.
