陕西渭阳柴油机厂承担的部级科研项目《曲轴感应淬火冷却介质研究课题》,经过科技人员近10年的研制,前不久在陕西宝鸡通过了由中国兵器工业总公司主持的技术鉴定。 该研究课题是由原兵器工业部为了适应引进的德国道依茨公司风冷柴油机的国产化需要而设置的。从1983年开始,课题组经过大量试验研究,自行设计试制成功JLS-1型淬火介质冷却速度测试装置,并提出了动态测试法,解决了传统的静态测试法测试结果重复性差和选择曲线的随意性问题。用此装置及方法测得的冷却速度曲线能真实地反映有机化合物淬火介质的冷却特性,可以作为评价淬火介
