花键轴锻件带有3个凸耳且法兰盘厚度很薄。根据其特点,采用理论分析和有限元模拟的方法设计了合理的预锻件。预锻件的法兰上下两面成楔形,预锻时具有聚料作用(在凸耳部位聚集较多的金属)。预锻模设计为半闭型,这样能使预锻件准确地放到终锻模腔内。对预锻和终锻成形过程进行了数值模拟,结果证明模锻工艺是可行的。最后,通过工艺实验得到了合格锻件。设计的带有楔形法兰的预锻件不仅解决了预锻聚料问题,而且也有利于终锻成形。
Splined shaft forgings have 3 lugs and flange thickness is very thin. According to its characteristics, the reasonable pre-forging pieces are designed by the method of theoretical analysis and finite element simulation. Pre-forging flange on both sides of the wedge into shape, when the pre-polymerization with the role of polymer (gathered in the lug more metal parts). The pre-mold design is semi-closed, so that the pre-forging can be accurately placed in the final forging mold cavity. The numerical simulation of the pre-forging and final forging forming process proved that the forging process is feasible. Finally, the qualified forgings were obtained through the process experiment. The designed forgings with wedge-shaped flanges not only solve the problem of pre-swaged material, but also facilitate final forging.
