利用投入产出技术研究山东石化产业的波及效应,然后根据统计资料所得出的环境经验系数,分析山东石化产业扩张对其他相关联产业的波及效应与工业用水排水之间的关系。研究结果表明,山东石化产业扩张会带动其他重工业相关部门产值的增长,会额外产生排出大量的工业废水,其中COD、氨氮、石油类排放量增加尤为显著,最终影响区域经济和环境长期健康发展。
The investment and output technology is used to study the spillover effect of Shandong petrochemical industry. Based on the environmental empirical coefficient obtained from the statistical data, the relationship between the spillover effect of Shandong petrochemical industry expansion on other related industries and industrial water drainage is analyzed. The results show that the expansion of Shandong Petrochemical industry will lead to the growth of the output value of other heavy industry-related departments, which will result in the extra discharge of industrial waste water. The increase of COD, ammonia nitrogen and petroleum is particularly significant, which will eventually affect the long-term healthy development of regional economy and environment.
