做为金川集团公司的主流程单位,安全生产是各项工作中的重中之重,搞好基层职工的安全教育培训是提高职工安全防范意识,避免各种违规事故发生,保证二矿区生产经营指标顺利完成的重要手段.因此,做为矿山企业加强全员的安全生产教育与培训,提高员工的安全意识,增强安全素质,才能保障安全生产,做到人人重视安全,人人懂得安全,才能真正提高二矿区的安全生产管理水平.
