临夏油用紫斑牡丹花粉营养成分有许多指标高于凤丹牡丹,其中氨基酸总和含量高出18.2%。同时蛋白质总和含量分别比鸡蛋、鸡肉、牛肉、羊肉高出120.9%、37.72%、57.92%、74.45%。检测表明:油用紫斑牡丹花粉维生素E含量高达45.22mg/100g,是牛奶的18.8倍,豆类的21.53倍,胡萝卜的100.5倍、牛肝的32.3倍、花生油的2.06倍。临夏油用紫斑牡丹花粉含有丰富而全面的营养成分,是“最理想的天然营养宝库”、“浓缩的氨基酸”、“营养最全面的食疗佳品”。
