2014年12月10日,广州白云农工商联合公司原总经理张新华贪腐3.4亿元一审被判处死刑立即执行,这是打“老虎”拍“苍蝇”以来全国首例因贪腐而被判处死刑的贪官。如今,贪腐金额动辄百万、千万甚至上亿、数目惊人的众多案犯,最终大多以有期徒刑、无期徒刑了结,最严重的也只判处死刑缓期两年执行。张新华案一出,立刻引发众多社会议论,到底贪腐多少才能判处死
