“信息化要成功,企业内力作用大于外力”,这是一位民营企业家的经验,这种经验正在变成企业、政府信息化成功的规则。为什么是内力大于外力自觉实施信息化建设,比应付上级检查,赶时髦的动力大。这就是为什么内力大于外力的根本原因。从当前企业信息化的趋势来看,企业信息化正在由外力促进,转向企业的内力作用。这个趋势对无信息产品的用户和信息产品厂商来说都是件好事。而电子政务建设和企业信息化相比,虽然起步晚,但内力从起步时就开始起作用。
