从目前的群众文化活动的开展情况来看,多数地区都不同程度地开展了各具特色的群众文化活动,群众文化活动已经成为了地方文化工作的重要组成部分。对于群众文化活动,要想取得积极的效果,就要将群众文化工作当做一项长期的工作来抓,就需要建立群众文化活动的常态化机制,努力构建群众文化体系,使群众文化活动成为城市和乡镇的主要活动之一,促进城乡居民形成健康良好的生活方式。本文主要分析了目前群众文化活动的特点,探讨了群众文化活动的主要缺点,重点阐述了建立群众文化活动常态化机制的必要性。
