快速发展的社会要求数学教师改变其传统角色,不再仅仅是知识的传递者,更是知识的引导者、组织者。不管是从学生身心发展的角度,还是自身成长的角度,数学教师提升自身专业素养都具有重要的意义。但当前数学教师专业素养发展更多的是无分类的、笼统的集中模式,没有针对数学学科的特点为教师制定专门性的发展规划,不能引导教师进行深入探索。因此,深入探讨初中数学教师专业素养发展中存在的问题及对策显得极为重要。
Rapidly developing society requires math teachers to change their traditional roles, no longer just the transfer of knowledge, but also the guide and organizer of knowledge. Whether it is from the perspective of physical and mental development of students, or their own growth perspective, math teachers to enhance their professionalism are of great significance. However, the current professional development of mathematics teachers is more uncategorized, general focus mode, not for the characteristics of mathematics disciplines for teachers to develop a special development plan, can not guide the teachers in-depth exploration. Therefore, it is very important to probe deeply into the problems and countermeasures in the development of junior middle school mathematics teachers’ professional accomplishments.
